The Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences (FUMHS), Kwale, Delta State has officially opened its UTME Admission Screening Portal for the 2025/2026 academic session — and interested candidates can now apply!
According to the university, the screening is open to all candidates who scored 200 and above in the 2025 UTME and selected FUMHS Kwale as their first choice institution. Candidates who have not done so are advised to immediately effect a change of institution on the JAMB portal.

Medicine & Surgery (MBBS)
Dentistry (BDS)
Nursing Science (BNSc)
Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
Physiotherapy (DPT)
Human Nutrition & Dietetics
Pharmacy (PharmD)
Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics
Eligibility Requirements:
UTME score of 200 or above
FUMHS Kwale as first choice
Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects (not more than two sittings)
How to Apply: Applicants are to visit the official portal www.fumsk.edu.ng to complete their registration.
Application fee: N2,000 only, payable via Remita.
Upload a recent passport photograph with red background and all necessary credentials (O’Level results, birth certificate, etc.).
Deadline: All applications must be completed on or before October 22, 2025 (by midnight).
